Chanute Air Museum - December 2, 2009
While at a conference in Champaign, IL I spent an afternoon wandering around the Chanute Air Museum in Rantoul, IL. It was pretty cool to see all of the planes, simulators, and memorabilia - not to mention the fact that the museum is located at an old, mostly abandoned Air Force base making it just a little "spooky." Regardless, it was fine in spite of the rain.
