Backpacking in Steamboat Day 3 - September 3, 2015
Woke up today feeling quite a bit better. Finished the 2.2 miles of the Wyoming Trail then hopped onto Three Island Lake trail for 2.7 miles. After that, it was onto 1163.1a where I did another 3.1 miles. The last stretch was actually quite nice, as I ran into a hunter and we hiked back together. It was fun having someone to talk to. I wish I remembered his name. To the hunter: if you happen to see this, send me an email :-) Regardless, we got back to the Three Island Lake Trailhead and he kindly gave me a ride back to my motorcycle at the Slavonia Trailhead. I then headed back to town and got myself a hotel room.
