Congaree National Park - May 8, 2008
My next destination was Congaree National Park - containing the largest remnant of old-growth floodplain forest on the continent. You can think of it as similar to a swamp. Nevertheless, it was fun and I saw an incredible amount of wildlife - even some wild boars!
